These Policies, Terms, and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in all Athletics Miami Sports programs, including after-school sports, seasonal camps, technical training sessions, team-based activities, clinics, and events.
Enrollment or participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

1. Program Authority & Operational Discretion
Athletics Miami Sports maintains full authority over scheduling, staffing, training structure, and program operations. Participation is not contingent upon any specific instructor or coach.

2. Substitute Coaching & Staffing Adjustments
The Program may assign substitute coaches or assistants as needed due to operational or logistical requirements. Instructor changes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

3. Scheduling, Location & Activity Adjustments
Training locations, schedules, and activity structures may be adjusted due to safety, weather, school policies, or facility availability. These adjustments are considered part of normal operations.

4. Parent Responsibilities
Parents/Guardians are responsible for:
• Timely arrival to practices or activities
• Providing appropriate attire and equipment
• Following all school, facility, and program guidelines
Coaches are not responsible for logistical or parent-managed duties.

5. Coach Responsibilities
Coaches supervise participants during scheduled sessions, communicate essential updates, and ensure safe dismissal procedures during after-school programming. Coaches are not administrative contacts.

6. Communication Protocol & Conflict Prevention
All administrative concerns must be submitted in writing to:

Parents must allow 24–48 hours for response.
Communication Boundary
Parents may not confront or engage coaches regarding concerns before, during, or immediately after activities.
Violation may result in disciplinary action.

7. Athlete Development & Program Placement
Athletics Miami Sports retains full discretion regarding participant grouping, training progression, and activity structure based on developmental needs.

8. Payment Policy & Participation Eligibility
Participation and access to program activities are contingent upon timely payment. The Program reserves the right to suspend participation or coordination when balances remain unpaid.
All sales are final once a participant attends one session.

9. Code of Conduct — Athletes & Parents
Respectful behavior is required at all times. Sideline coaching, confrontational behavior, or disrespect toward staff or participants is prohibited.

10. Independent Operation
Athletics Miami Sports operates independently, even when collaborating with schools, leagues, or facilities. Partner institutions do not control program policies or decisions.

11. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release
Participation involves inherent physical risks. Parents voluntarily assume such risks and agree to release Athletics Miami FC LLC dba Athletics Miami Sports from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence.

12. Medical Authorization & Health Responsibility
Parents confirm participants are medically fit and maintain personal health insurance coverage. The Program may seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Photos or videos may be used for promotional or documentation purposes unless written opt-out is submitted.
