We will provide substitute instructors or assistants for the classes and prioritize the "NO CANCELLATION POLICY FOR AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES" regardless of the instructor background or experience always aiming to have the best available and most competent personnel and not necessarily decreasing the value of the activity/instruction. 2. We make coaching assignments based on the consideration of the coaching director. No students are subject to register for a particular class in request or assumption of a particular coach nor request any refund due to a coach preference. 4. For team activities: Parents are responsible for ensuring arrival for games, setting up tents and returning tents to the school facility, proper attire for both practices and games, and any accessories or demands that the leagues require. NO COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE MATTERS. 5. Coaches are responsible only for coaching the games, coaching practices, picking up and delivering students to their parents or bus drivers during practice days, sharing game schedules, sharing updates and other details, and safety of the children during any game or practice. 6. We reserve the right to serve, admit, or reject participants based on the athlete's or family members' behavior, precedent, or conduct within the organization, or due to financial obligations. *The payment for a product or service constitutes acceptance of these terms and does not, by itself, guarantee the provision of services.* Once an athlete attends at least one (1) class and secures a spot by purchasing the product, *all sales are final.* No refunds will be granted under any circumstance, including, but not limited to, athlete dissatisfaction, parental dissatisfaction with the service, or choice not to participate further, unless extreme, program-approved circumstances exist. 9. *Athlete and Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct:* Participation in our programs is conditioned upon adherence to our Code of Conduct by both the athlete and their parent/guardian. *We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the participation of any athlete* whose own or whose parent's/guardian's behavior is deemed detrimental, abusive, or disruptive to the program, staff, other participants, or the facility. *A detailed, three-step disciplinary action policy (Warning, Suspension, Termination)* regarding conduct and behavior is maintained and available upon request.
